Kevin and Susan Schleith :
Relocating from Fairfax, VA, the husband-and-wife sales team came to
the Space Coast in the late 1980s: Kevin to work at the Kennedy Space
Center on Shuttle and Space Station Projects; Susan to work at the
Florida Solar Energy Center on environmental and solar energy
projects. In 1993, the two decided to try business ownership, leading
to the opening of Buyer's Advantage Real Estate in 1996.
Both Kevin and Susan are graduates of George Mason University in
Fairfax. In addition to being licensed Realtors, Kevin and Susan are
Broker/Owners of Buyer's Advantage Real Estate. But while they know
the ins and outs of the real estate business, they also know that
sometimes the most important thing to the client is not what you know,
but that the clients know that you care.
